This is a 1 section, stainless steel, drop-in mechanical cooled pan. With a drop-in cold pan, you can keep the food you need to be chilled and ready for serving. For best serving results, it holds chilled food between 33 degrees Fahrenheit to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. It can accommodate up to four pans that are 12" x 20". The-shaped pan rest has a 2" recess for support and also comes with adapter bars.
