To begin collecting StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points, create a StandardRestaurant.com account or sign in to your existing account when you make a purchase.

You will collect 1 point per $1 spent on qualifying purchases.

You can see the number of points you will collect:

  • On Product page
  • On the Payment page during checkout.
  • In your order details page.

Note!

  • Your points are not transferable to another StandardRestaurant.com Rewards member.
  • Shipping Charges and Taxes are ineligible for points.
  • You can sign in anytime to view your points in your account.

 

Rewards Terms and Conditions

The StandardRestaurant.com Rewards program ("Program") is offered to StandardRestaurant.com.com customers at the sole discretion of StandardRestaurant.com .com and is open only to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age and older, have a valid email address, and have enrolled in the Program ("Member(s)") by making online purchases at StandardRestaurant.com.com. By participating in the Program, Members can earn StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points ("StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points" or "Points") for buying eligible products through StandardRestaurant.com.com and redeem available Points for certain products, subject to these Terms and Conditions and the availability of eligible products. In order to earn StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points, eligible purchase must be completed. This means that you make a purchase at StandardRestaurant.com.com using your StandardRestaurant.com account ("Account"). The terms "you" and "your" throughout these Terms and Conditions refer to any customer eligible to participate in the Program.
Membership in StandardRestaurant.com Rewards is void if prohibited by law in the state or country of the Member's residence, and subject to change as may be necessary to comply with such laws or regulations.

 

Enrollment

You must have an account on StandardRestaurant.com.com in order to enroll in StandardRestaurant.com Rewards. To earn StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points for a buying on StandardRestaurant.com, you must be signed in to your Account prior to placing order. No Points will be earned for orders made on StandardRestaurant.com.com when you are not signed in to your Account or checkout as a Guest user. If you enroll in StandardRestaurant.com Rewards after the purchase has been made, Points will not accrue on that purchase.
Members may opt out of participation in the Program from the Rewards Activity page on StandardRestaurant.com.com. Your ability to earn and redeem StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points will be suspended after you opt out. If you opt out of Program participation, you will no longer have access to your account statement information, no StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points will accumulate on future purchases, and any accumulated StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points will be unavailable for redemption. Any Points in your Account at the time of opting out will expire on opt-out date

Earning Points

StandardRestaurant.com awards Points only to the owner of the Account through which any eligible purchases are made.

Points will only be earned for regularly priced items on our site including from our clearance section.

After making an eligible purchase, the anticipated amount of StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points to be awarded will be held in pending status. As mentioned above, "completed purchase" means that you must have completed purchase for which you paid. Pending StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points are not available for redemption usage. Points will move from pending to available status after completion of purchase, based on the time periods identified in the Posting/Reconciliation chart below. Once in available status, StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points are eligible to be used by the Member for redemption purposes. The amount of pending StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points calculated at the time of purchase is based on the details of the order placed. Changes or cancellations to the order may result in differences between the estimated amount of pending points calculated and the ultimate amount of points that post to the Member's Account for that purchase.
StandardRestaurant.com reserves the right to rescind at any time any pending or available StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points that were earned or awarded for unshipped or canceled orders. StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points will be rescinded in cases where a Member receives a refund from StandardRestaurant.com. Points earned pursuant to fraudulent, sham or falsified information will be rescinded by StandardRestaurant.com.

StandardRestaurant.com has the right to monitor all Member Account activity. If your StandardRestaurant.com Rewards Account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, StandardRestaurant.com may close or freeze your Account immediately, and you may lose your accrued StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, StandardRestaurant.com reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and may have grounds to confiscate any rewards redeemed as a result of such activity. In addition, you may be liable for monetary losses to StandardRestaurant.com, including litigation costs and damages, and you will not be allowed to participate in StandardRestaurant.com Rewards in the future. Purchases discovered to be fraudulent will have their StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points rescinded, and the Account associated with such fraudulent purchases will be frozen from further Rewards Point earning or redemption activity. To contest freezing of an account or the rescinding of StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points, please call 1-800-788-0772.

If your Account does not represent the correct number of StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points that you should have been awarded as determined by StandardRestaurant.com, StandardRestaurant.com reserves the right to augment or decrement your Point balance. If you believe your Account has been the subject of any suspicious activity, please contact the StandardRestaurant.com Service Center immediately. If it is determined you have been the victim of a fraud, the Points you have earned may be transferred to a new Account.
Rewards Point accumulation and redemption activity can be accessed on your Rewards Activity page. StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points and rewards have no cash value and may not be traded or redeemed for cash. StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points may not be assigned, sold, transferred, and/or pledged to any third party. You have no property rights or other legal interests in StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points. You are responsible for any personal tax liability that may be related to participation in StandardRestaurant.com Rewards and redemption of any rewards.

If a Member believes he or she did not receive the correct amount of StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points for a purchase, the Member must contact StandardRestaurant.com Customer Service at 1-800-788-0772 within ninety (90) days from the order date. StandardRestaurant.com will make the final determination as to whether Points adjustments of any kind are justified for the order in question. In no event will any StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points manually be moved from pending to available status sooner than after completion of order and within the time period identified in the Points Posting/Reconciliation chart below.

Items Eligible for Earning Rewards base points

Earn one StandardRestaurant.com Rewards base point for every U.S. dollar actually spent (excluding taxes and fees) on any eligible product purchased through StandardRestaurant.com.com when signed in to your Account.

Point Posting/Reconciliation

As noted above, the anticipated amount of StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points to be awarded are held in pending status until order is completed and payment has been confirmed – 30 days after order completion.

Points Expiration

StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points will expire in twelve (12) months from the points aquisition date. Once expired, StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points will not be reinstated.

Point Redemption

StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points can be redeemed for qualifying purchases at StandardRestaurant.com.com. Points cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value. Pending StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points cannot be used toward reward redemption.

DISPUTES

StandardRestaurant.com is committed to customer satisfaction, so if you have a problem or dispute, we will try to resolve your concerns. But if we are unsuccessful, you may pursue claims as explained in this section.
You agree to give us an opportunity to resolve any disputes or claims relating in any way to the Website, any dealings with our customer service agents, any services or products provided, any representations made by us, or our Privacy Policy (“Claims”) by contacting StandardRestaurant.com Customer Support at 1-800-788-0772. If we are not able to resolve your Claims within 60 days, you may seek relief through arbitration or in small claims court, as set forth below.

Any and all Claims will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except you may assert Claims on an individual basis in small claims court if they qualify. This includes any Claims you assert against us, our subsidiaries, suppliers or any companies offering products or services through us (which are beneficiaries of this arbitration agreement). This also includes any Claims that arose before you accepted these Terms of Use, regardless of whether prior versions of the Terms of Use required arbitration.

There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including statutory damages, attorneys’ fees and costs), and must follow and enforce these Terms of Use as a court would.

Arbitrations will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, including the AAA Consumer Rules. The AAA's rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules, except as provided in this section. If your total Claims seek less than $10,000, we will reimburse you for filing fees you pay to the AAA and will pay arbitrator’s fees, unless the arbitrator determines your Claims are frivolous. You may choose to have an arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions, or in person in the state where you live or at another mutually agreed location.

To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your Claims to “StandardRestaurant.com Legal: Arbitration Claim Manager,” at StandardRestaurant.com.com, 2237 New York Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11234. If we request arbitration against you, we will give you notice at the email address or street address you have provided. A party requesting arbitration must also provide a copy of the request to the AAA, at Case Filing Services, 1101 Laurel Oak Road, Suite 100, Voorhees, NJ 08043 or online at www.adr.org or at any AAA office.

Any and all proceedings to resolve Claims will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a Claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement. An arbitration decision may be confirmed by any court with competent jurisdiction.

StandardRestaurant.com may at its sole discretion modify any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Program—including, but not limited to, the rules for earning and redeeming StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points, the expiration policy for Points and the products and services on which Points may be earned and redeemed—at any time, with or without notice, even though these changes may affect your ability to use any Points or benefits you have already earned. StandardRestaurant.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any StandardRestaurant.com Rewards Member it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Program or to be acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions or in a fraudulent or deceptive manner. Any attempt by any StandardRestaurant.com Rewards Member to undermine the legitimate operation of the Program may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, StandardRestaurant.com reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by StandardRestaurant.com to enforce any of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. StandardRestaurant.com makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind concerning the Program.

You release StandardRestaurant.com and its affiliates and partners from all liability regarding the earning, redemption, and use of StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points, including any rewards that, after receipt, may be lost, stolen, or destroyed. StandardRestaurant.com suppliers are in no way affiliated with or responsible for StandardRestaurant.com Rewards Program administration.

The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as StandardRestaurant.com decides to terminate the Program. StandardRestaurant.com may terminate the Program at any time. Upon termination, you will have ninety (90) days from the date Program termination is announced to use available StandardRestaurant.com Rewards points remaining in your account. After that date, any Points will be forfeited without compensation.

Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that StandardRestaurant.com may make to these Terms and Conditions. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available on the website at www.StandardRestaurant.com.com/Terms and will supersede all previous versions of these Terms and Conditions.
