Please wait patiently as orders take between 2 to 5 days to process. After the order has been processed, your order status will be updated and further instructions will be sent to you using the email address and phone number listed on your account.

Local pickup orders staged longer than 14 days will be canceled and the amount will be refunded to the original form of payment. Prior to this, we will make all possible efforts to get in touch with you to let you know your order is ready to be picked up. You will receive notifications in the form of text or email using the information on your account.

Please fill out the tax exemption form for your state and send it to us at [email protected] Please wait patiently while your tax exemption status is processed. Any orders placed before the tax exemption was processed will have the tax refunded to the original form of payment.

We’re working hard to populate our online store with our entire stock list and it’s likely we haven’t put the item you’re looking for on the site yet. Contact us with the description of the item and we will publish the product as soon as possible.

We try to keep the accuracy of all of the product images to display the item(s) exactly how they are received. More than likely, you should receive all items as displayed in the product images. However, there may be a slight variation due to the lighting & compression of the image.

You can view current and past orders by logging into your account and clicking the “Orders” menu option from the ‘My Account’ drop-down menu. If you have placed an order recently, you can also find the order status here as well.

All order invoices will have been sent out to the email address used to create the account.
