It also features two doors, with windows, that can open at the same time, which help to maintain proper temperatures inside the oven during cooking. It has controls that easily adjust from 150 to 500 degrees and a 60-minute audible alarm. This oven is also designed with a 12.5 kW input and 1/2 hp, two-speed oven blowers.
