The Falcon 60” restaurant range accommodates 10 open burners and two ovens. The burners are cast-iron and non-clogging. They have a removable cast-iron grate that covers the burners and the burners are shaped like the letter U so that they distribute heat evenly throughout the cavity. Two crumb drawers under the burners to catch any messes and slide out for easy cleaning.The shelf, sides, and front are made from stainless steel and resist corrosion. In the front, there are two 4” rails that aid in keeping the cook’s arms from being burnt and gives a convenient spot for cookware to sit so cooks can easily plate food. With two ovens, demands for baked dishes will easily be met. There are two racks and 5 different rack positions within each oven.
