This is a Rocky Mountain 14" x 23" griddle. This two burner griddle is made from tough 7 gauge steel and fits commercial ranges and will work just as well on gas, electric and induction ranges. Please note that this particular grill can scratch up the surfaces of glass top ranges, please steer clear of glass ranges when using this product. This griddle also features strong fold-down handles and easy pour corners for all those drippings you get while cooking. This item is very popular among boyscouts, outfitters, and church groups.
